Uses a USB-C cable and supports all standard audio formats: 16-bit/44 kHz, 24-bit/48 kHz, all the way up to 32-bit / 384 kHz, plus DSD.
DACport Pro's sound quality is on par with the best audiophile DACs out there, thanks to the critically-acclaimed AKM D/A converter chip, which features Velvet Sound™ technology.
The custom AmpExtreme™ Class A Headphone Amplifier with a 20 dB gain pad is compatible with the widest range of headphones, from IEMs to large overhead models.
DACport Pro features fully balanced, male XLR outputs, making it easy to connect to mixing desks, powered monitors and other equipment for audio playback from your computer.
A Fixed/Variable switch determines if the volume knob controls levels at the XLR outputs or just the headphones.
Recessed Mic/Line switches simplify connections to mixers, speakers and other equipment, allowing use in both professional and home environments.
DACport Pro reference DAC includes LED VU meters, calibrated to 0db FS. The meters feature a string of white LEDs, with the top 0dB LEDs being red. LED brightness is gradually adjustable with a thumb-wheel control, from "off" to daylight-visible.
DACport Pro is designed to work with Mac, Windows and Linux computers. ASIO driver for Windows 10 is available. DACport Pro is plug-and-play and takes its power from the USB-C jack. No external power is required.
